Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara manajemen diri mahasiswa keperawatan dengan kinerja pembimbing dalam mencapai target kompetensi Program Pembelajaran Klinis Keperawatan Medis-Bedah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa fasilitas kesehatan di Kendal, yang melibatkan mahasiswa keperawatan dan pembimbing mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi dengan analisis kuantitatif, menggabungkan survei dan evaluasi kinerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen diri pada siswa dan efektivitas kinerja pembimbing berdampak signifikan terhadap pencapaian target kompetensi kurikulum pembelajaran klinis. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pengaturan diri dan bimbingan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan keperawatan dan praktik klinis.
