EFEKTIVITAS PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPATUHAN PASIEN PASCA OPERASI PADA UNIT KEPERAWATAN MEDIKAL BEDAH

Perawatan pasca operasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi dan memastikan pemulihan optimal. Namun, banyak pasien mengalami kesulitan dalam mematuhi instruksi pasca operasi karena kurangnya pemahaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan berbasis multimedia dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien pasca operasi pada unit keperawatan medikal bedah. Desain kuasi-eksperimental digunakan, melibatkan kelompok kontrol yang menerima pendidikan tradisional dan kelompok eksperimen yang terpapar pendidikan multimedia, termasuk video interaktif dan animasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test serta observasi langsung terhadap kepatuhan pada panduan pasca operasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kepatuhan sebesar 35% pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan 15% pada kelompok kontrol. Retensi pengetahuan dan motivasi pasien secara signifikan lebih tinggi pada kelompok eksperimen. Studi ini merekomendasikan integrasi pendidikan multimedia ke dalam protokol perawatan pasien untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan, sehingga meningkatkan hasil pemulihan pasien.
