Perawatan luka merupakan aspek penting dalam proses penyembuhan pasien bedah medikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran perawat dalam perawatan luka dan identifikasi strategi serta praktik terbaik yang digunakan dalam perawatan luka pasca operasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 20 perawat yang bekerja di unit bedah medikal di sebuah rumah sakit di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran perawat sangat penting dalam perawatan luka, dengan fokus pada teknik perawatan luka yang tepat, edukasi pasien, dan pencegahan komplikasi.
