Manajemen nyeri postoperatif merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perawatan pasien bedah medikal. Nyeri yang tidak terkontrol dapat menghambat proses penyembuhan, memperpanjang masa rawat inap, dan meningkatkan risiko komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh manajemen nyeri postoperatif terhadap proses penyembuhan pasien yang menjalani bedah medikal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test pada dua kelompok pasien. Data dikumpulkan dari 80 pasien yang menjalani bedah medikal di sebuah rumah sakit di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen nyeri yang efektif berpengaruh positif terhadap proses penyembuhan, mempercepat mobilisasi, dan mengurangi komplikasi postoperatif.
