EFIKASI DIRI DAN KEPATUHAN AKTIVITAS FISIK PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI: ANALISIS HUBUNGAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA DALAM KEPERAWATAN

Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan penatalaksanaan jangka panjang, termasuk kepatuhan dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik. Efikasi diri memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi perilaku pasien dalam menjaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan kepatuhan melakukan aktivitas fisik pada pasien hipertensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 pasien hipertensi yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner efikasi diri dan kepatuhan aktivitas fisik. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki efikasi diri sedang (56,7%) dan kepatuhan aktivitas fisik sedang (53,3%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kepatuhan aktivitas fisik (p-value = 0,002; r = 0,421). Disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi efikasi diri, semakin baik kepatuhan aktivitas fisik pasien hipertensi.
