Nyeri pasca operasi adalah kondisi umum yang dialami pasien setelah menjalani prosedur bedah, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pemulihan dan kesejahteraan pasien. Terapi relaksasi genggam jari adalah salah satu metode non-farmakologis yang dapat membantu meredakan nyeri dengan merangsang titik-titik refleksi pada jari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas terapi relaksasi genggam jari sebagai pendidikan kesehatan untuk mengurangi nyeri pasca operasi di Kabupaten Kendal. Program ini dilakukan melalui sesi edukasi dan pelatihan langsung kepada pasien dan tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit terpilih. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa teknik relaksasi genggam jari membantu mengurangi intensitas nyeri dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien pasca operasi.
